Harold Shawn is a multifaceted film composer, music producer, and songwriter based in Los Angeles, California, and a current Master of Music in Film Scoring student at Berklee. While studying Music Industry at Northeastern University, he established himself in the Boston music scene, collaborating with vocalists from Berklee College of Music and achieving radio airplay. Upon graduating in 2012, Harold transitioned into composing for the advertising sector, including notable work with the Boston Red Sox, where his compositions for team advertisements received critical recognition, including a nomination for a New England Emmy Award. Following his tenure with the Red Sox, Harold expanded his repertoire by scoring a diverse array of short films, further refining his skills in cinematic music composition. Today, his extensive portfolio encompasses hundreds of compositions, showcasing his versatility across various lengths and genres. He continues to work in the media scoring space, bringing visual media to life through an imaginative and thoughtful approach to composition.
